The Dry Point Township Library Board of Trustees meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Dry Point Township Library located inside the Cowden-Herrick High School at 633 County Highway 22, Cowden, Illinois . The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice accordingly.

Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved.
